By purchasing or using our event coordination and VIP hospitality services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide event coordination, VIP hospitality, venue reservations, bottle service arrangements, and related event logistics. Services are provided based on the specific package or services selected and confirmed by the customer.

Payment is due as specified at the time of booking or service confirmation. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method for the agreed-upon services.

Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Because event reservations and related services may involve advance commitments and non-refundable venue or vendor costs, cancellations may result in the loss of some or all amounts paid. Any refund or credit will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable venue or vendor policies.

Event details, availability, venue requirements, pricing, and service arrangements may change due to circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and provide an appropriate alternative when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and complying with applicable laws, venue rules, age requirements, identification requirements, and reasonable instructions from venues and service providers.

Customers should contact us promptly regarding any concern with a service so that we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback does not eliminate the customer's obligations under these terms and conditions.

Certain services may be provided or fulfilled by independent venues, transportation providers, vendors, or other third parties. Their terms and policies may also apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, venue decisions, transportation issues, or other circumstances caused by third parties or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and all applicable venue and service-provider requirements.

By completing a purchase or booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
